Sheet 01·Executive overview · INV-01.BRIEF

This programme is designed for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate investors who wish to participate directly in New Zealand real estate developments — through equity ownership in the project itself, not through a managed fund.

Governance

Every project is held in a separate New Zealand-registered entity (SPV) with independent statutory accounting and external legal counsel. 5 Star NZ Limited holds equity alongside every investor, the performance waterfall is shared, and the underwriting is done by our internal investment committee before a single Investor Brief is released.

  • Our investor participation framework is structured for committed capital from NZD $1 million per project, with larger ticket sizes typically engaging from NZD $2 million across multiple developments. Capital must be demonstrably available and free of regulatory encumbrance. Smaller capital positions or short-horizon allocations are not a fit.
